The Guapos: A Project of Deep Friendship

The Guapos, a supergroup formed by the likes of Adán Jodorowsky, El David Aguilar, Jay deLa Cueva and Leiva, have come together with one dream in mind: to bring their artistic desire to life and make sure it’s executed to perfection.

With roots in the music scenes of both Mexico and Spain, the Guapos bring the best of the past and present together in a classic band format. Having already established themselves as solo artists, the four friends have come together to make an album completely analog on two tracks and in mono sound.

The results are sure to be catchy, danceable and highly enjoyable, with their philosophy of resurrecting the past and modernizing it for the present. Adán Jodorowsky, the French-born musician, producer, actor and film director, is leading the charge with his nine albums and four movie soundtracks. He’s toured Europe, Asia and America, and is now directing the Guapos’ project with a sense of deep friendship and good looks.

The future of the Guapos is looking bright, and with their combination of sounds from the past and present, it’s sure to be a solid and entertaining debut album.
